Global Fulfillment Shipping

We have collaborated with Printful: a sustainable company that is responsible for fulfilling and shipping our products globally from several countries, including the US, Canada, Japan, Australia/New Zealand, UK, Europe, EFTA States, and Brazil. Please note that additional taxes or duties may apply based on the shipping location.

However, we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events. For now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023):

• Afghanistan
• Belarus
• Greece
• Israel
• Italy
• Laos
• Macao
• Mexico
• Myanmar
• Niue
• Russia
• Sudan
• Syria
• Ukraine
• Yemen

The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. You can always review the up-to-date list and a detailed explanation on the USPS homepage.

Shipment for Products Originating from Indonesia

For products originating from Indonesia, we use Tokopedia for local fulfilment and POS Indonesia for export/international option delivery. However, we also provide a local delivery service using a local courier or self-pick-up on our website. Please do notice that we are bound to the Tokopedia Return & Refund Policy and the No Shipping Fee Refund for products exported from Indonesia. However, POS Indonesia includes insurance in their international shipment and buyers can get POS Indonesia Refund for shipment delays, packages missing and damaged.
